I agree with that as well. When I was a beginner in graphic design I had to sell my software in a cheap packaging and the customers I got where cheap customers. I evetually made enough money to upgrade on the packaging and I am doing a lot better. I also make sure to keep my graphic design abilities up to par because if you don't offer great work people will not want their website designed by you. I keep up my skills by doing free online courses on xtrain.com. They have everything their you can possibly want to know on graphic design. I recommend this site to anybody.
